20th International Conference on Plasma Surface Engineering

The aim of this workshop, which was held in 2021 for the first time, is to provide a forum for presenting recent results in the field of magnetron sputter epitaxy and exchanging novel ideas and concepts. Moreover, the workshop will also present an opportunity for the diverse scientific community that is using and actively developing magnetron sputter epitaxy techniques to meet and form a stronger collaborative network.

Die Forschungsallianz Kulturerbe (FALKE) möchte mit interdisziplinärer Forschung dazu beitragen, den Erhalt des kulturellen Erbes zu fördern und neue Lösungsansätze in der Restaurierung und Konservierung zu finden.

Der Erhalt unseres kulturellen Erbes ist eine interdisziplinäre Aufgabe, die den zentralen Auftrag kulturgutbewahrender Institutionen darstellt. In Fortführung der Reihe „Konservierung im Fokus“ des Leibniz-Forschungsnetzwerks Konservierung/Restaurierung und in Kooperation mit der Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft soll bei dieser gemeinsamen Tagung die Nutzung von Technologien in diesem Kontext beleuchtet werden.
